Nova 28 is operated by PM Lucas, as Thrive Perth, a sole trader based in Western Australia (ABN 41 654 517 804). In this document "Nova 28", "we", "us" and "our" mean that business. "Nova" is an AI-generated virtual character created and operated by Nova 28.
These terms apply when you use nova28.com, buy a digital product or engage our services. By buying or using them, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
1. About Nova
Nova is a 100% AI-generated virtual creator. Nova is not a real person, and all images, video and voice of Nova are created with AI tools. We disclose this on our pages and social accounts.
2. Digital products
- Our products (including The Nova Blueprint, the Caption & Hook Vault and Nova Blueprint Pro) are downloadable PDF guides delivered by email and/or a download link straight after purchase.
- Product descriptions on our pages explain what's included. If you can't access your download, email us and we'll resend it.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed there. Your bank may apply currency-conversion or international fees.
- Launch prices are available for the period stated on the page. After that, the standard price applies.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your purchase is complete when payment is confirmed.
4. Your licence to use the products
- When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it.
- You may use the prompts and methods to create content for yourself and your clients. The images, video and other outputs you create are yours to use, subject to the terms of the AI tools you use.
- You may not resell, share, give away, publish or redistribute the product files (or substantial parts of them), or present them as your own product.
5. Refunds
Because our products are instant digital downloads, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If a product is faulty, doesn't match its description, or doesn't work as it should, email [email protected] and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you, as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Nova Studio (done-for-you service)
- What's included is described on the Nova Studio page at the time you buy (for example: an original AI character, a set of images, short voiced videos, a prompt kit and a content plan).
- Timing: we aim to deliver within 7 days after we receive your completed intake form. We'll tell you promptly if there's a delay.
- Revisions: one round of reasonable revisions is included.
- Original characters only. We don't create characters based on real people, celebrities or any identifiable individual, including you.
- Your responsibilities: give accurate information, disclose that the character is AI-generated when you publish content, and follow the law and platform rules.
- Refunds: full refund if you cancel before work starts. Once work has started, we'll deliver what was promised and fix anything that isn't as described. Your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use our products, services or anything created with them to:
- impersonate a real person, or create deepfakes or content using someone's likeness without consent;
- create sexual content, content involving minors, or content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or misleading;
- deceive people about content being AI-generated where disclosure is required, or make false claims (for example fake reviews);
- break the terms of any AI tool, social media platform or advertising program.
8. Third-party tools and affiliate links
- Our products refer to third-party AI tools (such as Higgsfield, Midjourney and others). We don't control them. Their features, pricing, availability, output quality and commercial-use terms are set by each provider, and you're responsible for following them.
- Some links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. We mark these with #ad or "affiliate link".
9. Results
Our products are educational. Results (including follower growth, sales or income) depend on your own effort, tools, skills and circumstances, and are not guaranteed. See our Disclaimer.
10. Intellectual property
Our products, page content, the Nova character, name and branding belong to Nova 28. Apart from the licence in section 4, no rights are transferred to you.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and except for the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to resupplying it or refunding the price you paid, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits or account suspensions by third-party platforms).

13. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
