Nova 28 is operated by PM Lucas, as Thrive Perth, a sole trader based in Western Australia (ABN 41 654 517 804). In this document "Nova 28", "we", "us" and "our" mean that business. "Nova" is an AI-generated virtual character created and operated by Nova 28.
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
1. What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address and (optionally) phone number when you buy a product, fill in a form (such as the Nova Studio intake form) or email us.
- Order details: what you bought, when, and the amount paid. We never see or store your full card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Social media interactions: if you comment a keyword (for example "BLUEPRINT") or message Nova on Instagram or Facebook, we receive your public profile name, username and the message, so we can reply and send you the link you asked for.
- Project information (Nova Studio clients): the brief, preferences and reference notes you provide so we can design your AI character.
- Technical data: standard information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring source, collected through cookies and similar tools when you use our pages.
2. How we use it
- to deliver your purchase and send download links, receipts and product emails;
- to provide the services you order (such as Nova Studio) and support you;
- to reply to comments, messages and enquiries;
- to send occasional emails about Nova's products and tips, only where you've agreed or where the law allows. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link (Spam Act 2003);
- to understand how our pages perform and improve them, including measuring ads;
- to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and prevent fraud.
3. Cookies and tracking
Our pages use cookies and similar technologies from our website platform and, where enabled, analytics and advertising tools such as the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel. These help us measure visits and purchases and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some page features may then not work as expected.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, for example:
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (website, CRM, email and automation);
- Stripe (payment processing);
- Meta (Instagram and Facebook messaging and, if used, advertising measurement);
- file-hosting and email delivery providers used to send your downloads;
- professional advisers (such as an accountant) and authorities where required by law.
5. Overseas storage
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers with appropriate security and privacy practices.
6. Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations (for example, tax records), then delete or de-identify it.
7. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
- Access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing us.
- Ask us to delete your information where we're not required to keep it.
8. Children
Our products and content are intended for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, email us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
